Ok, this will be fun.

Aaron Ross and I are putting together “The Predictable Revenue Guide to Tripling Your Sales”.  Aaron created and led the original outbound sales team at Salesforce and is well known to most SaaS entrepreneurs and executives.  His last book on Predictable Revenue has become the key handbook for most SaaS founders on how to thinking about building and improving a sales team.

We’re doing it in a somewhat unique fashion.  The first several sections will start off as e-book chapters.  You can download the first section hereDownload Free “Predictable Revenue Guide to Tripling Your Sales”.  Some of it will be quite familiar to SaaStr readers.

Then we’ll make it collaborative.  We’ll get feedback from you on the chapters, and somewhat uniquely, iterate in part for the final, published book.  We finalized the initial table of contents and content yesterday, but we’ll update/upgrade it before final publication based on what you tell us you want to see.
