Every year at SaaStr AI Annual, we run one event-within-the-event that consistently gets some of the best feedback of anything we do.
The SaaStr CRO + CEO Summit.
It’s back for 2026 — invite-only, capped at 100 CROs and 100 CEOs, and this year the conversation is going to be different. Because the GTM world has changed more in the last 18 months than it did in the previous decade.

What This Actually Is
Here’s what happens at most B2B conferences: you sit in a big room, someone gives a polished talk about a pipeline number they hit, and you leave with a slide deck you’ll never open again.
That’s not what this is.
The CRO + CEO Summit is a closed, invite-only session — 100 CROs and 100 CEOs, $40M ARR minimum to be considered, no vendors, no pitching. Just the hard stuff that doesn’t make it into keynotes. The 2024 attendees averaged $100M in revenue. These are real operators running real revenue teams.
We built this because the questions that matter most — What’s your actual win rate right now? How much has AI changed your quota attainment? Are your reps genuinely using it or working around it? — only get honest answers in a room where everyone has skin in the game and nothing to sell.
And we cap it at 300 total to keep it that way.
Why the 2026 Edition Matters More Than Ever
AI has split B2B revenue teams into two groups, and the gap is widening fast.
Group one is seeing real productivity gains — shorter sales cycles, better-qualified pipeline, reps who close more with fewer touches. Group two has deployed every AI sales tool available and moved the needle on nothing. The difference isn’t budget. It’s execution, leadership, and GTM architecture.
The CRO + CEO Summit is where we figure out the difference together.
This year’s conversations will dig into:
- What AI is actually doing to your sales team’s output. Not the vendor case study. What are your reps doing differently — or not at all? Where is AI genuinely compressing cycles, and where is it just adding noise? We’ll hear directly from CROs in the room running real experiments on real teams.
- The quota and headcount reset. Almost every revenue leader in B2B is quietly rethinking the math. If AI makes a good rep meaningfully more productive, do you raise quota, reduce headcount, or redeploy? There’s no consensus yet. This is the room to pressure-test your thinking with peers facing the exact same question.
- What GTM motions are working in 2026. The playbooks that printed in 2021 and 2022 are producing different results now. We’ll map what’s converting and what’s stalled — particularly in AI-native and AI-adjacent B2B, where the motion is evolving fastest.
- The CRO-CEO alignment gap. More CROs turned over in 2023 and 2024 than in any period I can remember. A lot of that came down to misaligned expectations around what AI would do for revenue, and when. We’re going to talk about how to build a shared framework before that gap gets expensive.
The Format
The Summit runs on Tuesday, May 12th — the day before SaaStr Annual’s main programming kicks off — at the San Mateo County Events Center.
If you’re accepted, you also get full all-access to the rest of SaaStr AI Annual, May 12-14. Three days total, one application.
The full 2026 agenda is coming soon, but here’s what last year looked like so you have a sense of the level:
2025 CRO + CEO Summit Agenda
1:00 – 1:30 PM — CRO Confidential: Behind the $18B Growth with Perplexity CBO Dmitry Shevelenko and Sam Blond, host of SaaStr’s CRO Confidential and former CRO at Brex
3:00 – 3:45 PM — Beyond Retention: Turning CS Into a GTM Growth Engine with Kristina Shen, Managing Partner at Chemistry and Ross Biestman, CRO at ServiceTitan
4:00 – 8:00 PM — CEO + CRO Exclusive VIP Networking Reception — drinks, food, music, and the conversations that actually matter
And of course — the always-popular Poker and Prosecco Night ♠️♥️🥂
Who This Is For
CEOs: If you’re looking for a great CRO — or trying to understand what great revenue leadership looks like right now — this is the best room you’ll be in all year. 100 of the best revenue leaders in B2B, in one place, for a full day.
CROs: Connect with your peers. Swap real playbooks on what’s working with AI in sales. Learn how other leaders are actually leading the AI revolution on their teams — not the version they post on LinkedIn, the version that’s true.
To be considered, you need to be above $20M ARR. The 2025 cohort averaged $100M. Applications are reviewed individually and spots are limited — this fills up fast.
