By the time we get to SaaStr Annual 2025, May 13-15 in SF Bay, we’ll be overloaded with side events, official, semi-official and unofficial parties, and so much more!
We’ll update this list at least weekly … but here are some of the already scheduled vents already lined up you can sign up for!
Monday May 12
- SaaStr Partners Dinner Kick Off. We’ll have 200+ of our partners together in downtown San Mateo just down the street from the venue. Past speakers, sponsors, partners and more, look for an invite.

Younium and Zeni are hosting a SaaStr Supper at Fogbird, an awesome craft cocktail venue very close to the venue, from 6:30-10:30. Sign up here. If you are going to the Partner’s Dinner Kick Off, Fogbird is just a block away, so you can go to both!
- Stripe has a SaaStr Mixer near the venue from 6-8pm
- SVB is hosting “Rethinking GTM in the Age of AI” from 5-8pm in SF.

Tuesday May 13
- SaaStr Speakeasies Open! We’re doubling up to two (!) hidden speakeasies at Annual this year! Come find ‘em both for cocktails, chill, tunes and more! And meet our super cool AI sponsor ElevenLabs there!

Casino Night at SaaStr! We’ll have casino night for everyone this year! We’ll have special “high roller” tables set up for CEO+CRO Poker Night, but everyone can join the larger Casino Night this year from 4-8pm! Will be fun!
