What is a term for the person whose involvement in your startup can improve your pre-money valuatuon for your first negotiations with VCs & angels?


Otherwise — DO NOT DO THIS.

You can have invisible advisors, that’s OK.  But 96/100, don’t have someone visibly involved in negotiating valuation at least until you are in the $X00m phase.  It will be a clear turn-off to VCs, for many reasons.
