And if your product is consumer/free, the barriers to trying are low.
But a paid product that changes a core business process?
That’s not something people are looking to talk about, let alone implement, every day.
That’s not something people are up at night playing on the App Store with.
It’s a high bar, and an important bar.
Those products, if they solve real problems in an important way, then become very, very sticky.
