How do you assess initial traction in companies where ACV >$250k? Does the $1M thumb rule still apply?

You’re right, it doesn’t work.

My requirement to assess even the earliest initial traction is at least 10, Unaffiliated Customers.

So 4 isn’t enough.

But closing four $250k customers very early is pretty impressive.  I think I’ll call that Initial Traction anyway 🙂
