From a 1-10 range, how crowded is the VC space right now and the period ahead?

Rough-and-tough:

Insanely crowded in Bay Area.

Not crowded, but solid, in New York.

Not crowded, but maybe ‘full’, in Boston.

Not really crowded anywhere else, including London, etc.
