Q: How do I deal with “clients from hell”?
Hire them a dedicated resource.
Hire someone outside your core team to talk to them, hear them, and own their issues. Sometimes, that’s all it takes. Sometimes, they just need to be heard. Again. And again. And again.
But that takes its toll on your core team. They need a break. They can’t handle endless drama from your “worst” customers.
So hire 1 person to handle the Clients from Hell. Someone tough 🙂
