Oracle is doing $9 billion in revenues and still growing, albeit barely.

But spending $12b+ on Old SaaS Companies alone (NetSuite, Taleo, RightNow, etc) doesn’t seem to have reignited total software growth:

It would seem like Oracle needs to continue to evolve, or reboot, its cloud strategy. The cloud is exploding. Oracle isn’t. It should be. Everything else that is truly SaaS and Cloud is.
