When does SaaS become so smart with machine-intelligence and automation that they displace jobs and disrupt human employment en masse?
Isn’t this already start to happen?
I remember, years ago, when I went to visit one of our largest customers at EchoSign. They shows us their paper records department. It was a graveyard, with a few file cabinets left, and dark lights. It had been shut down. And replaced with our app.
Seemed pretty cool. But also.
A lot of our larger customers would then tell us how they’d “repurposed” 2, 3, 5, 8 employees with our app.
