So in the run up to 2022 SaaStr Annual on September 13-15th, I think we’re having our first ever 6-time speaker: Mathilde Collin, CEO and co-founder of Front. I was lucky enough to be a small seed investor in Front’s first round and met Mathilde shortly after they came to the U.S. from France. Fast forward to today, the company is the latest SaaS unicorn, fresh off its $1.7B round.
Mathilde will be back this year in something we haven’t really seen before — an inside look of her CEO mentor circle, together with $2B+ Segment founder Peter Reinhardt and $2.2B+ Algolia co-founder Nicolas Dessaigne. Come join us!! Grab tickets for 20% off here.
Ok, now a look back!
Mathilde first came to our first open session in 2016 at our coworking space, the SaaStr Coselling Space, together with Christoph Janz on Point 9. This was a really fun session with 3 folks who’d known each other for a while, about how to scale as a CEO. Take a watch:
2017: We then had an early session together with Nicolas from Algolia as they were scaling to the pre-unicorn phase, and the CEO of Automile, later acquired for $1B SEK, on what they’d learned as European founders fundraising in the U.S. in particular:
2018: Our emeritus podcast host and good friend Harry Stebbings then interviewed Mathilde on the story at 2018 Annual:
2020: In 2020, when things were a bit locked down. Mathilde came back for a deep-dive with the COO and co-founder of OKTA, Frederic Kerrest:
2022: We’ll be back with the CEO Circle session with the founders of Front, Segment and Algolia at 2022 Annual!! Thank you Mathilde, our first 6-time speaker!!
