Reduce it to one slide.

Or at least, 1+1 slides.

Slide 1: Your tagline — a 1 sentence summary.

Slide 2: 8–10 points summarizing the investment opportunity. Who, What, Where, Why and How.

If you can get it down to 1 main slide + a 1 sentence summary slide … the pitch usually is 95% better.

Anything longer than that is a ramble. Everyone starts to lose interest as you ramble.

Once you have the pitch reduced to 1+1 slides … then add slides 3–30.
