Don’t listen to these rumors — even if they are true.

The reality is B2B companies go through higher churn than you might expect as they go through phases.  The team from $0-$1m in ARR often doesn’t want to do the work at $10m ARR.  The team that scales you from $10m to $100m ARR often lacks the “managers of managers” skills you need to grow past $100m+.  Or the ability to close much bigger deals.

We all want everyone to go the distance with us, but in SaaS, in B2B … your needs change as your ARR grows.
