Q: Do a sizable number of startups use Microsoft 365?
Most startups I work with run on Google Workplace / GSuite. It’s truly Cloud-native, it integrates slickly with the rest of their Google life, and most startups tend to use Gmail already in general and in their personal lives.
But … perhaps they should be running Microsoft 365 instead. Not because it’s better. But because most of their customers are probably running it:
Google Workplace is big, but 365 is much, much bigger.
If you want to understand your customers, it helps to walk a mile in their shoes.
