SaaStr Annual Sponsorships Are Almost Gone'

SaaStr Annual 2017 is less than 6 months away. While the 2016 event was a huge success, in 2017 we’re going bigger and better. We wanted to get up a post highlighting some of the details of the event along with some specifics around sponsoring the event (which if you haven’t done already, you really need to get on it, we’re almost sold out).

bgccThe 2017 conference will be February 7-9 at the Bill Graham Civic Auditorium in San Francisco. We’ll have 2x + the attendees we had last year for over 10,000 people in attendance. The makeup will be the same as the SaaStr community – primarily founders, executives and investors from growing SaaS businesses.

While we’ve got room for 2x attendees, we don’t have a lot of space for sponsors and are already 73% SOLD OUT. If you’re waiting until Q4 thinking you have time, you don’t. These will sell out long before then.

What’s in it for sponsors? Different sponsors are looking to accomplish different things, but a couple of the biggest reasons to sponsor are:

The feedback we’ve received from last year’s sponsors is this event was by far their highest ROI event of the year – which is why 86% of last year’s sponsors have already renewed for 2017.   2. Brand exposure with the largest community of decisions makers of SaaS founders and executives on the planet.
  3. Connect with potential partners and investors, meet with your existing customers and maybe even start a conversation with your next VP hire.

Diamond – 250k. We’re only selling 2 of these. Contact us for more details if you’re interested.

Platinum – 125k. We’re only selling 4 of these, and 3 have sold. The 4th will likely sell quickly. Platinum sponsors get either a double booth in the best location of the vendor hall or 2 booths in separate areas, an a la carte sponsorship of the company’s choice, huge brand presence at the event, on the website, and in the communication with the attendees, and much more.

Gold – 50k. We’ve already sold more Gold packages than we did for ALL of last year’s event (and we’re still almost 6 months away). We currently only have room for 68 Gold sponsors. You’ll get a booth, lots of branding before and at the event, on the website, and in email communication with attendees, 4 tickets to the event, one ticket to the invite-only VIP kickoff dinner, and more. Booth location for Gold sponsors is determined in the order the sponsors pay, so if you’re considering sponsoring, the sooner you sign up the better your location will be.  

Silver – 25k. Participating as a Silver sponsor allows a company to have a presence at the event with a ticket to the sponsor dinner, 4 conference passes, and brand awareness with your logo shown everywhere sponsor logos are shown (intermission slides and other places at the event, the website, etc).
