Q: What is the average OTE for a SaaS salesperson in Silicon Valley?

Rough-and-tough OTEs (or “On Target Earnings” — not salaries, but what reps expect / hope to earn as a combination of base salary + commission).

Field: $200k, if true elephant hunters, more
Inside Sales AE, Bigger Deals: $140k-$180k
Inside Sales AE, Smaller Deals: $110k-$140k
SDR: $50k-$80k, depending on what they are hunting

With upside for exceeding quota.

And with base salaries which are 40-60% of those OTEs.
