What makes Stewart Butterfield of Slack such a great founder?
I think he’s an amazing recruiter, and I know he’s someone people would want to work for (a key part of the former).
Slack the company was an accident (built out of an internal tool). Recruiting amazing people to build it, market it, scale it … wasn’t.
