Do something 10x better than what’s been done before.
The current paradigm is mature, well-understood, and very focus on a certain type of integrations and workflows.
Don’t compete there unless you want to make no money and spend man years redoing something that’s been done.
Instead, think about verticals. Think about >>big customer pain points<< the existing solutions, which really are horizontal solutions, aren’t optimized around.
Find a problem a customer will pay $50k a year for in the space. That they don’t have a solution for today.
Go do that.
